ONSTIPATION(not being able to poop) AND WHAT IT ENTAILS

What is constipation?

                A state of the bowel in which the evacuations are infrequent and difficult, or the intestines become filled with hardened feces; costiveness/stiffness.


Symptoms of Constipation

·         Passing stool less than three times a week.
·         Having lumpy or hard stools.
·         Straining to have bowel movements.
·         Feeling as though there’s a blockage in your rectum that prevents bowel movements.
·         Feeling as though you can’t completely empty the stool in your rectum.

Surefire remedies for Constipation

·         Rink caffeinated coffee.
·         Take Senna (an herbal laxative).
·         Take probiotic supplements.
·         Take paraffin oil, a prescription laxative—I can attest for all of the above, but this one I can stake on, as the most surefire remedy for constipation, especially for those that haven’t had any bowel movement(excreting stool) for five days like me, that’s why i wrote this article, so you won’t have to pass through what I passed through.
·         Try an enema.
·         Use a stool softener(fruits can serve this purpose).
·         Take an Osmotic.
·         Drink glasses of water more often than you would normally do.
